Hotel Registration
Rooms are available at the Hilton New Orleans Airport for the Big Deep South Convention rate of $149 per night. This rate is available for your choice of 1, 2 or 3 nights, from Thursday night through Saturday night. Use the "Edit Stay" option to change your room nights or number of people.
When you have completed updating your stay, make sure the Special Rate has been applied. You should be clicking on the photo of the room with the following “Quick Book” button under it to register. If Big Deep South doesn't appear on your booking link, you can manually enter the Group Code.

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is no later than 12:00 noon.
Included with your stay is access to the Hilton's pool throughout the convention, along with the Fitness Center and access to the Hilton's WiFi.
Complimentary parking at the Hilton is included with your stay. In addition to the hotel staff, the BDSC Security Team will be available to help with vehicle registration.
