Volunteers Needed!
Consider serving on the 2026 Big Deep South Convention Planning Committee. Whether part of the planning committee, or during the convention weekend, your help would be greatly appreciated!

Registration: The Happy & Joyous Registration rate of $34.00 will be accepted through January 31, 2026! Register on-line (credit/debit card) or at the Central Office (credit/debit card, cash, check). Printed registration forms will be distributed in meetings and are available at the Central Office.

Hotel Registration: Rooms are available at the Hilton New Orleans Airport for the Big Deep South Convention rate of $149 per night. This rate is available for your choice of 1, 2 or 3 nights, from Thursday night through Saturday night. Use the link below to directly access the Big Deep South Convention room block. Parking: Complimentary parking at the Hilton! BDSC Security Team will be available to help with vehicle registration.
